About us and how we check our tools

GoInvoiceGenerator is a free invoice, receipt and quote maker for freelancers and small businesses. Everything runs in your browser: what you type is never uploaded to our server, and your business details and saved clients stay on your own device.

How we check the tools

Totals, tax and discounts are tested against hand-worked examples. German invoices follow the required details of § 14 UStG, and the XRechnung files are tested against the official EN 16931 and XRechnung 3.0 validation rules. The calculators show their formulas so you can check them.
